The slideshow video shows my work in progress as I was painting Duet.

I chose to limit the color palette to tints and shades of green and red. The giclee art prints capture all the subtle shadows and brush strokes of the original painting.

DESCRIPTION

Two red-pink carnations are placed together in a clear glass vase. As I was painting the flowers, I thought of how best friends support each other through life's mountain peaks and valleys. Friendship is a beautiful gift. A bible verse comes to mind. Two are better than one... if one falls down, his friend can help him up. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10.
